How to make off board alley oop?

On the official 2k website I saw a video where Kobe tossed the ball into the board and then dunked. Is this possible or there's something I didn't understand?

dont post a vid..there is no need MR JaoSming....my friend eda i suppose that the trailer is a hype trailer to make the game more desireable to customers...the half of the moves that are done at this trailer is not possible to make at the game...the only y can do rellevant is to throw to a teammate an board alley oop pass when some teammate follows you when h have the ball in front of the basket....toss it up and pray..it is a matter of luck and sliders!

i already did a off the board alley hoop...but i missed it...
i tried to record it but i only read the jaosming trick how to save a highlight today ...
i was so stunned:) i never even noticed it in a 2K trailers

i will definatly save it next time it happens miss or not

not sure if its a special technique, it just happened when i tried to do backward alley oop to a player behind me

I don't think its possible to oop it to yourself, but you can for a teamate...Threw it off the backboard a few times but the dunker always fumbles the pass...
