Please Help in Game Starting

Hi,

I have questions regarding on the Tip Off.

I just choose my team then my opponent of course theres a jump ball but on my end it doesn't work cameras keep on moving and moving getting some previews of the bench players, audience.....


Please help how to fix this or is this a bug because I already wait for 5 minutes but the game doesn't start
