config file to make jersey not move?

I can run everything max but im tire of the oversize jersey so i really like it when i turn the player detail to medium n the jersey becomes like rock. it doesn't move i like it better because it fits the body.
my questin is how do i do this in config file so i can still have player detail at max but only make the jersey not moving? thanks

Try setting all the cloth logical thread to -1.
Dunno if it will work.
