In Game photo help

Hey guys I need a little help with something. I want to start my own previewing thread about body tweaks. I have been practicing and i've gotten pretty accurate with them. I want to share with the rest of the community but I dont know how to take in game pictures of the players to upload to the site. I see patchers do it all the time I just dont know how. Can someone school me real quick, because I have some great work that people are gonna like. Thanks!

easiest way is to use Fraps or a program like fraps where you press 1 key (F10) and it automatically creates a jpg

Do u know where I can dl it from? So I only have to press f10 while the game is on to make a jpg?
