Association 2010 free agaency

Hey, sorry if some one wrote on that but I didn't find anything.

I've started to play with the Knicks, and I've notice that when you get to 2010 break and you wants to sign Wade or Lebron or whatever you just can't because they re-sign back with thier teams. Almost every time the highest rated players that you can sign is C. Boozer and Rudy Gay.

Is there any possbilty to change it? make it more random?

I wish you could but the only way I would see how is to edit the roster and put their loyalty down.
But then that might backfire when you need to resign them.
