how can i change the game sliders in my player mode? and minutes as well?

Minutes can be changed by downloading the new 1.1 patch, and when you've created a player go to Options > Presentation, scroll down you should find the minutes.
As for sliders, I have yet to find a way. I've heard you need the Draft Combine pack, which I didn't think was even available for PC.
