How do you add portrait pics?

In Association mode, there are a lot of pics missing. Is there any way to add pics to those players on my own? A tutorial or program to help in this?

Okay, that took care of one season's rookies. What do I do about subsequent seasons' rookies? The longer I play the game in Association, the more black silhouettes I have instead of player profiles. It would be nice to have some sort of editor to drop in pics that replace those silhouettes.
