Could not access network location \.

When I tried to uninstall the game, installer said:
Could not access network location \.

Then I delete it manually (I selected NBA 2k10 folder and simple deleted it with 'delete' button).
But when I tried to re-install the game, installer still keep showing the same error: Could not access network location \.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

What operating system are you running?

Windows 7 (32bit)
