Question on editing the green texture file for short/jersey

Thu Apr 01, 2010 12:27 pm

I couldn't find a tutorial on this, hopefully this isn't too much to ask.

I know how to edit the "artistic" part after unpacking the IFF file in the 2K9 Editor but how do I edit or create the green texture file that is included? Is there a blank template of it somewhere? Can you "imprint", for lack of a better term, the designs you make onto/into this file?

This is a screencap of the file I'm referring to...

I made these two beta versions of UConn throwbacks but as you can see there are no textures to it...

Excuse the white trim below the Husky logo, need to correct it...

I do have the plugin and got the texture file for the changes I made but I don't know how/where to get the universal short textures (the waistband, etc).

When I create the file using the plugin I get the result below. Which I expect since that's what my DDS file looks like. How can add the universal short textures to the file below? Thanks.
