Unable to foul intentionally

Guys i need help with regards to fouling intentionally, i turned on intentional foul but still i can't foul intentionally, my player just hold the other player and the ball just drop to the floor.. i mean i want a fair kind of play..thanks

run %appdata% > 2ksport> nba 2k10>saves> delete setting file.

anyway you can also install the latest patch.
