help! i'm new and know shit

i was wonderin if anybody could explain me how to insert a CF to a player with a generic face, for example Haislip from the spurs, i put the png in the 2k folder with his iff number but nothing happens
can someone explain that to me!? i would be really greatfull

change his genericF value from 1 to 0 in the REDitor
