NO AWAY TEAM?!

I haven't put on any major patches in my game yet except for some court patches, I always play the 'My Player' mode so I don't notice and bugs when playing the quick game, but one day, I decided to battle against my cousin for a quick game.. So there it is.. the introduction.. Then suddenly, we notice that the intro is longer than the usual, and we noticed that there's no away team! but the starting 5 for both team is introduced and the focal points and something... but the game doesn't start because the away team is missing! Any help to do this?? Please???
