2nd patch for Consoles. PC patch likely in January

According to Ron he says 2K is working on a second patch for consoles, and the PC patch will be a combination of the 2 patches. He also says they aren't expecting this update until January so I think it's unlikely the PC patch will be released before the 2nd console patch.

that is nba 2k9...not 2k10
