How to save replays with the Xbox controller on PC?

Sat Nov 14, 2009 5:20 am

I'm not able to save my replays using the Xbox controller on the PC. I was able to left click the left analog stick on my hold controller and save but the same doesn't work with my new controller. Any ideas? Can I save it using the keyboard instead?

EDIT: Ooops, wrong forum. Coult you move this please?

yea you need to use the keyboard to use it

goto the main pause menu, then just click replay with the mouse. then press F2 to save the replay. then you can use the controller again if you want

press R3, thats is pressing the left analog down as a button, and it will come up automatic without having to use the keyboard (Y)

and it does not save as a video file, it saves as a 2k replay file, where you can only can want it again in replay mode.

I've tried pressing the analog buttons, but it doesn't work. It did work with my previous controller thought. I'm using the keyboard method now. Thanks though!

No  , I haven't updated anything I know of, I just told dell before they sent the laptop, that I will be using a 360 controller and was wondering if it would work, they said sure. And it works for me just like 360.... :|
