Issue with installation

I tried to install Nba 2k10 on my laptop but it says i need to install microsoft.net framework 1.1.
however when i try to install it...they say there are compatability issues..
im runnning on vista...but that shouldnt be a problem is it?

so whats the problem? damn i wanna play this game so bad

just install the 1.1 and removed it later. See if it works.
