XBOX profile blocked for multiplayer privilege

Can anyone help me please? T'is my first time to try online.
Whenever I try going to Team-Up or Pickup games, it says my XBOX profile is blocked for multiplayer, and that I should sign off and try again.
Anyone knows what I should do? I can't find any setting anywhere that says it's blocked...

Do you have XBOX live Gold? That happened to me cuz i didnt know my subscription ended.
