Need Help! NBA Headlines Crash in Association Mode

After I finishing an offseason game (my 2nd year in Association Mode), the game crashes when NBA Headlines try to load. I've tried adjusting the Video Settings (Resolution, Texture Quality, etc), but still doesn't solve the problem. Help me please! I'm on the road in creating the ultimate lineup ever made!!!
