Rashidi (The real 2kinsider)

For all of you guys who are into roster updates but prefer Rashidis Real 2kinsider over Nba 2k's 2k insider but dont have the xbox 360 version, he has posted some teams on his blog and should post all 30 teams as time progresses but you'll have to be patient. And if you have never tried these edits then I strongly reccomend you give them a try because they do in fact make the gameplay better. The guy knows what hes doing. Hes been doing this Nba 2k3. IMO his rosters are 2x better than 2k's.

I use a modified version of his. His aren't perfect, as some players are grossly overrated (*cough* Jonny Flynn *cough*), but they beat 2K's.

Anyone who can relate the statistical production of a player to the range of values in 2K ratings can create better rosters than 2K.
2K already has access to 82games.com data yet the stupid 2K Insider still has the final say on increasing/decreasing a player's ratings.
