How to edit text in 2k10?

Is it possible to edit text in 2k10? I wanted to change some texts, for example - "Charging Foul" to "Offensive Foul" . Is there a tool for it?

Is something going forward in that case? If someone can make text editor for 2k10 I'll be very grateful. I would try make by myself but now I'm a rookie in programming.
