Multiplayer Sliders Please!

to any great patcher out there. may you please make a slider for multiplayer (playing in the same pc w/ 2 controllers) ? because when me and my friends play, i notice that the away team always wins and had better stats. when i looked at the sliders i noticed that they were not equal and realized that the sliders for the away team is the sliders for CPU when playing against CPU. so, the "USER SLIDERS" will be used by the "HOME TEAM" and the "CPU SLIDERS" will be used by the "AWAY TEAM" leading to imbalances. please help me
