How to put the realistic sliders?

How to put the realistic sliders? i know how to put the patch for the shoes , arena etc...but for sliders i dont know..thanks

go to start and then run...type in %appdata% then there will pop up somethink like 2k sports,,,open it...until y find a folder with saves and cache..select and open the saves and paste it the sliders.....than launch the game and load th sliders from the load/save!
