Thread title says it's in the works (because it was copied from OS thread title), OP says it's released, and link isn't a real link. Awesome.

The BETA isn't of much use:
Enclosed is a very early release that only supports global editing of attributes and tendencies so you guys can play around with it to determine how much the gameplay can be tweaked. I would not use it on your "real" gamesaves since I haven't done much testing.

I have attached the zip for those not registered at OS.

It's handy to quickly lower ratings for all players, I'm experimenting with lowering all the players shooting ratings by 5 to see if it raises rebounds.

I meant for simulation stats. Rebounds are fine while playing, but are pretty off when a game is simulated.

Direct link

can now edit players attributes and signature styles and whatnot

still has the global editor and when you go into the player editor you can work with sliders
Opinions are my own.

Was able to assign Joey Graham face and picture to his identical twin Stephen. Played with Pacers for a quarter and didn't crash or anything. Almost feels like I did a CF

I'd say PBP stands for Player Body Parts, legs.

This tool rocks! :headbang:

Now we can easily assign all the hidden dunks and isomotion packages without using hex edit!

All thanks to FlyingFinn!

So, it sounds like you can't change the portrait for a created player/game generated rookie player? You can't add new portraits is that correct? Could you, after they're drafted, change the portrait then? Could you add a new portait? If you can't do that, could you just find a free agent or another player that sort of looks like them and give them the portrait of that person?

Thanks for the help! Great editor by the way - nice job! :applaud:

I just finished my first season, rookie players were generated and then we had the draft. After this when I try to open the association file with the NBA Editor I get a "List Index Out of Bounds" error. I'm assuming this is probably because I have too many Free Agents. I thought I saw that you could only have a max of 100 free agents. Is this true? Is this why I might be getting the out of bounds error? I noticed that the association file that opened had 94 free agents. The one I got an error with had more than 100 free agents, so it seems like this could be the culprit. However, could it be something else? And, if I do have too many free agents, how the heck to I delete a few of them to get down to under 100? If I can't open the editor I can't delete them and I don't see any way to do in from within the game. Is there any way to delete free agents of players? Any help appreciated.

Also, I want to change the portrait for one of my draft picks using a portrait from an existing player on the free agent list. Which attribute do I change in the editor? Could this be done from within the game?

Thanks!
