Simple answer, no.

Thread title says it's in the works (because it was copied from OS thread title), OP says it's released, and link isn't a real link. Awesome.

The BETA isn't of much use:

Enclosed is a very early release that only supports global editing of attributes and tendencies so you guys can play around with it to determine how much the gameplay can be tweaked. I would not use it on your "real" gamesaves since I haven't done much testing.

I have attached the zip for those not registered at OS.

too bad no change team for players.

I want a editor which could edit the NBA teams Information like team name and city.
UltraEdit could only replace some letters of them but can't change the length until now.
