it's actually very simple. just create a player on your roster,exit game.
open roster file using the roster editors
select your created player, assign the corresponding faceid
under the body tab, make sure to tick iff enabled, save and you are done.

Maybe, but I couldn't play any game after NBA Live 2005 and I forgot almost all about adding patches, edits and etc.

I prefer that someone relase roster with these chnages.
