Good to know you're still with us man. I downloaded your iff editor video and seem to work fine. Hope you keep working on the release.
Best Regards

I,m new in editing with the c++ prompt..
can u please give us more specific instructions???
where can i find ID numbers also?
what i did is
start.bat
iffset.exe
iffset -x kobe bryant.iff
and it goes like missing files kobe...
hehehehehe
please help... just want to edit some pictures
Thu Feb 26, 2009 11:58 am
You have to put the file in the same folder as the program. Plus kobe bryant.iff is not even file.

v.02c shows the ID number, not v.02b. I forgot where to download it from, though.

yes ...thanks for the help....

why is it that I CAN't find my created players file???
it goes something like this...
my player has an player id "3030"
but when i look at the png area.... there is no 3030???
where can i find my created player then??
Fri Feb 27, 2009 2:23 am
there is no file for created players and there is no way to assign a created player an iff file yet
Fri Feb 27, 2009 2:29 am
Have we figured out a way to edit player portraits? If so, that's GREAT news
Fri Feb 27, 2009 3:11 am
we havent, the portraits are in a cdf file, not an iff
Fri Feb 27, 2009 3:15 am
Blah... That stinks. Hopefully soon then. What about our gamingaccess boys? They making any headway on an iff tool?

is it possible to convert .CDF portrait files to .IFF files so they could be used without textmod?
Mon Mar 09, 2009 3:16 pm
I think its possible but we need programmers to make those kind of converters

guys, i'm using XP sp 2 and when i'm extracting heat jersey file - it crashes, and i can't open any .bmp file -it tells me that i miss some .dll file

Wed Mar 11, 2009 2:01 am

Wed Mar 11, 2009 5:29 pm

has anyone found a workaround to get this to work on Vista or Windows7?
Tue Apr 21, 2009 10:51 pm
iffset is out of date, there is a full fledged program that at least works with vista out now
its at nba-2k.com
Wed Apr 22, 2009 12:32 am
OMG...which program?
Sat Apr 25, 2009 10:21 am
IFF Editor. However, I can't get it to work on XP...so I'm going to work with IFFset.
Sun Apr 26, 2009 10:45 pm
is it possible to add portraits for created players with this tool?
Mon Apr 27, 2009 12:11 am
nope
Wed Apr 29, 2009 1:35 am
ACTUALLY YOU CAN, IN HADES JUST PUT ENABLE IFF AND I HAVE DONE THIS TO MAKE MY MICHAEL JORDAN WITH A CREATED PLAYER ALOT BETTER THAN USING A REAL PLAYER.
