AVI TO .VP6 File

Install:

1) CCCP-2007-07-22.exe
2) DTS_x264-r658.exe
3) VP6VFWCodec-6-2-6-0.exe

If got problems and can't use x264 decoder setting
in nsvate.exe, install

4) x264-r655-install.exe


Note: If you get audio only and no video, go to CCCP -> Filters -> VFW Codec Configuration -> Codecs

and enable libavcodec for all stable formats!



2. Open nsvate.exe Download here = http://www.mediafire.com/?enozo2rjtzn



3. Choose the video files (supported are: .avi (without h264), mpg, .mpeg , .mov)



Note: avi files encoded in h264 (AVC) are NOT supported! You can reencod them to Xvid or Divx .avi



4. Choose a VP6 profile and encode the video, done!

it doesnt save as a vp6

It doesn't save as .vp6 for me! It save as .nsv. How to ge "real" vp6 file? Did someone follow this tut and was able to create vp6 file?
