Keep up the good work. It is so sad how EA manages to screw up the games time and time again.

But they did that intentionally. Just to make you think "ah... damn... I have to buy NBA Live 09... I hope they will correct this problem", which, by the way, should not have been there in the first place.

Any success with the patch? I am currently using 10 minute quarters for simulation games to get some "realistic" stats... but that's a temporary solution. Obviously the problems remain (high FG%, VERY high 3PT%, way too many three pointers attempted and by the wrong people, too few steals, too few blocks, too few rebounds, too few assists and by the wrong people).

I have news:
I Edit some again SIMENGIN and have diferent results...
It´s not perfect, but is better than original...
After simulating one Dynasty with Denver Nuggets, League have this leaders:
PPG:
Dirk – 32.2
Kobe – 31.9
Iverson – 31.1
REBS:
O´Neal – 9.5
Duncan – 8.9
Garnett – 8.2
BLOCKS:
Kirilenko- 2.9
Prince - 2.7
Duncan – 2.7
STEALS
Kobe – 3.0
Lebron – 2.8
Dixon – 2.7
ASSISTS is the same ridiculous numbers...
High ppg team: 103.6
High Rebound team : 48.9
High Assists team: 28.3
High Steals team: 15.8
High blocks team: 12.7
High FG% team: 44%
NBA FINALS:
Dallas VS Pistons
Pistons win series 4-2

That's a very awesome thing, Lagoa... Just shows that we can still edit this fucked up sim engine and maybe totally fix it...

The field goal percentage must still be off if the rebounds are so low.

Thanks for your work

lol with this I had Wade lead the league in blocks with 3 per game and Darius Miles in steals with 4 and assist are still even more ridiculous

Kruadi, your stats look pretty good except for assists, what are your FG and 3P% like? Im assuming you have fixed them a bit since the rebound figures are higher than in other cases...
Tue Oct 30, 2007 7:47 pm
Kraudi your rebounds are very good but i think points must be higher.. i think you and lagoa can work together...
