Jesus, 1.4 gb uncompressed? Also, people should be saving their DDS files with DXT3 Explicit Alpha, not RGB32. RGB32 is 4 times the filesize of DXT3, with little difference. This is important because of the memory limitations of NBA Live with all the crashing and what not.

The easiest way is to extract the BMP with FSHx and open it in Photoshop.
Select the face layer and add a layer mask to it.
Then go to the channels tab and select the layer mask channel.
Open one of the sweat alpha files in photoshop, select all (CTRL+A), and copy then paste it into the layer mask channel.
The face will become transparent if you did it correctly.
Then save it as a PNG image.
Open FSHx, open the cyberface fsh, choose import, and browse to where the PNG file was saved.
Notice that the PNG file will not show up in the window.
Click on the text box and type "*.png" without quotes and your png file should show up.
Select it and click OK, and you should have then have the "blue film" on the cyberface.

Are you just seeing the bald3 bmp in Photoshop, or in FSHx? If you only see the bald3 bmp in FSHx I think you didn't select the layer mask channel before pasting it.

I see it in both the FSHx and in the bald3bmp what I did was extract the bmp from the FSH and put it in the protoshop and select layers and add layer mask and I stroll over to . My options was from transparency which is the layer mask channel and I opened sweet alpha and entered Bald3 and selected all (CTRL+A), and copy then paste it into the picture. I did not see when I selected the layer mask channel I did not see any change in the picture but when I paste all I saw was the Blad3 and not the picture and the same in the FSHx please tell me what I did wrong thank you will i say picture i mean bhed

I can't click on the image(s) and the text is way too small, so I doubt he can read them. But, he might be able to understand what he is doing wrong just by looking at the arrows.

I also noticed that the reason he can't open your video tutorial is because it uses some lossless codec from the program you used to capture it instead of being uncompressed avi. I can view it because the ffdshow video decoder can decode it.
