How do i stop trades on Nba live 10 dynasty mode?

i need to know at leat for the first season i ate seeing all my had work go to waste so fast and quick because of all the trades smh i'm cool with it in after the first season but the first season must stay the same is there way to do so

You can't disable them, but if you set the Manage CPU Rosters option to Yes, you can undo any trades that you don't like.
