TOMBA edit: Make the Agility Attribute 40 Globally

Evidently it helps gameplay and makes the game seem more natural. Just goto the global edit for attributes, zero out the entire league's ratings for agility to 0, then bump it up to 40.

This can actually be done per player instead of everyone being at 40 overall. I've done it for years but the players still have seperation in Agility even though i lowered everyone down.

There are like 2-3 more ratings in this game that can be globally edited and it'll make the game even better.

But I'm going to waite for the 1st patch and about the 2nd DNA and Roster updates before doing anything.
