Great video again by Da_Czar goes in to great depths and breaks down your options and control.

I couldn't get through the first 30 seconds of that. Shame, I was interested in the strategic control.

Another good video. Certainly seems to be fewer canned animations and quicker control responsiveness if we can pull up for jumpers that quickly after a defensive error or bump, something we couldn't really do in NBA Live 09.

Yea...no, when he was talking about the Wade collision layup, that was def a canned animation I am pretty sure all guards have access to do.

True, but Wade's attempt made sense in context. I meant that it looks like you don't get stuck in canned animations when there's ballhandler/defender interaction so if you're battling with the defender, you can get a step ahead and break out of the animation to take a shot. In 09, there was more going through the motions and getting stuck in the lockdown animations.

The animation was canned but appears it can be broken out of scenario pending so your aren't totally locked into that 1 complete canned scene.

I'm really starting to wonder if he wasn't paid substantially by EA, in any case this is good (free?) advertising!

i wonder how much Live is paying this guy for advertising for them.

paid him a flight and a night's stay up at their offices. which he disclosed during the first video

I personally trust the guy, he didnt say anything negative, but there probably was an agreement that he could only say positive things in these videos and in his preview.

Hell, for a free flight and hotel accomidations I would go up there and play the game and make 2 positive and a positive only article if those were the stipulations of going up there.

I trust Czar also and that was a good detailed video of all the move possibilities in Live 10. should be a great game.

I highly doubt it. I can honestly say those of us who have been invited to similar events have not been offered any payment or told what to write or say about the games.

Yep, as I've said before, anybody who says College Hoops 2k8 is the greatest sports game ever is not an EA representative
