Are you sure about that? Last I heard, they didn't actually have the international licensing rights for the NCAA.

Xbox 360 version of NCAA Basketball 09:

Maybe selling on internet is a different story from them actually stocking it in physical stores outside North America.

Most likely. As far as I know they're not producing PAL versions of the game, which doesn't matter to PS3 users since you guys can just import from the States if need be.

From memory it's usually very late July or very early August (like 8th or 10th), so probably a month from now once most of free agency has sorted itself out, but before all rookies are signed. Fortunately they do official roster updates now so it isn't so bad in that respect.

Last year was July 15th. As X said though, with the official updates it's not so much of a problem on the consoles anymore.

I'll be so glad to get Live 2010 now that I have a 360. I know i am behind on the times in getting a system. I hope they add a lot of good features that were mentioned in the wishlist. I especially am hoping for great improvements on the dynasty mode so i can play my friend in the dynasty. A D-League would be great because sometimes you get very crappy players that you'd like to send down to the D-League.

Agreed. Even if you don't get to actually play the games, it wouldn't bother me, but would be nice for the sim aspect.

On that note, I'd also like to see international free agents, being able to draft players & stash them in Europe. They don't even need to use real Euro team names (given licensing issues), just fake Euro teams will do (the London Metros, Berlin Bombers, etc).

(the London Metros, Berlin Bombers, etc).

Couldn't you at least choose generic teams for cities with deserving basketball teams (alba berlin barely qualifies as deserving and the brits wouldn't know what to do with a ball without their sudanese and american imports... :D )

I would assume that EA would appease the bigger Euro markets by choosing the bigger Euro cities, that's all

PSP version: "Create your own legend with an unstoppable style of play or experiment with existing team and player ratings and change the foundation of the entire league."

You can finally create a player and edit player ratings on the PSP.

I am hoping they have multiplayer dynasty mode because that would be a lot of fun to have. I could then play against a friend in dynasty.

I also would like to see the T-meter on the free throws brought back. I actually loved that and when you had players like Shaq that T-Meter would run really fast which was exciting.

Am also hoping they make the numbers and reading the names bigger because I couldn't hardly see them.

I believe the free throw system will be the same as 09 (hold/release shoot).

Highly unlikely due to issues with likeness rights. Retro jerseys are back however.
