Prepare to be disappointed.

I have a PSP but I wish I can try it on a PS3 console.

Oh no, no. I didn't mean it as an arcade game, the fluidity of how they move is what kind of irks me. But now you know where I'm coming from.

I know what you mean Jackal. The realism just isn't there like it was for 2K.

That's one of the reasons I got a 360, that and I've always been a bit of a console gamer anyway dating back to the good old days of the NES. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have a PC version again but I could see the handwriting on the wall. Plus, there are other games that I'm interested in so it's been a good leisure investment on top of everything else.

this is a bit off topic but kinda related in a way....i am still undecided between a 360 and a ps3, anyone that has one or the other explain to me the good and bad points of each? so far i am leaning towards a PS3 simply cause online play is free and i am more used to a ps3/ps2 controller over a big fat xbox/xbox 360 one, but of course there are other factors....and of course, even if it's the same game, it's different on different consoles, so just looking for info in that regard
so..enlighten me

I thought the 360 controller would be cumbersome as well but honestly, I find it just as manageable as a PS2/PS3 controller. I think when it comes to NBA Live there's no real advantage but presumably you'd be looking at other games too, so I'd throw out the 360's library and exclusives as a selling point. Microsoft has been shelling out a lot of money for exclusives, especially DLC so that's something to consider when deciding between the two.

I'm playing it on PSP(I am the only one to vote for PSP). I still can't buy PS3. Hopefully they will improve the graphics a little bit.

Interesting to see the support for the PS3 here in the Forum, 360 is still leading the poll on the main site.
Well, in some respects we'll be able to cover both because both versions will have the same features so news, previews and reviews will presumably apply to both versions for the most part. Things like leagues and such will be more difficult, but we'll see what we can work out.

If in doubt, grab the demo. As I said, even if Live is my brand I always like to check out the 2K demo.
