dds isnt a unique format, it has various type and compression options, so your issue is probably that you didnt save with the right parameters (which i dont know)

Yeah, I read the March Madness Legacy Discord, which is a project that uses pretty much the exact process, and they said to compress it in a DXT5 Format, which I did. Even with Minimaps on. Still no luck.

That's Jonny Flynn! My favorite "what if" player. He had potential, but was overshadowed by Steph and Rubio. Plus Injuries. I love to take him in older games and develop him into an All-Star!

You took the right path then.
ask them which their full dds settings and which software they use (photoshop and which plugin, paint.net ?)
