Obviously there's some roughness playing over Parsec, not to mention with certain aspects of the game itself (contact layups come to mind). It was still fun to set up and revisit NBA Live 10 though, and when something looked and felt good, it looked and felt really good. Had to go with the retro jerseys for the Rockets.

Vince Carter fights off the boos from the Toronto crowd (a great feature) while leading the Magic to victory.

A little less lag on Andrews end here (not perfect though), and some solid highlights were produced.

Celtics (me) vs Lakers (Andrew)

NBA Finals atmosphere with the appropriate NBA Finals teams. This was a fun one.

Kobe: 26 pts, 5 asts
Pau: 13 pts, 7 rebs
Pierce: 26 pts
Garnett: 20 pts, 5 rebs
Rondo: 10 asts

Even though we're still sorting out issues with lag, it's been fun messing around with NBA Live 10 H2H. Even though I couldn't pick up the win, I'm really pleased with the Lakers vs Celtics Finals re-creation. The atmosphere settings in NBA Live 10 were a fantastic addition...though I'm not sure why Rasheed Wallace was doing The Carlton during intros.

NLSC NBA Live 10 Showdown #4!

I'm controlling the Bobcats (sporting their Race Day jersey) and Dee is controlling the Warriors (wearing the fictional Gold Standard jersey from the NBA Live 08 contest).

Final score was 59-54 to the Warriors. Some surprising clutch heroics from Raja Bell closed the gap, but it wasn't enough. Diaw and Chandler were also unusually dominant on offense, but the Warriors had more weapons, and Dee had it dialled in with jumpers. Plenty of highlight plays all around, though!

Why not start out with our latest project? We've figured out a ton of 10-man retro teams that can feasibly be created using the Fantasy Teams mode in NBA Live 10. To tip things off, we re-created a game from the 2006 NBA Finals between the Dallas Mavericks and Miami Heat.

Finally, this was one of our most exciting games so far. My use of the word EPIC in its title is for the clicks, but I do feel it's worthy of the adjective.

Andrew was the Hornets here, using the Valentines day alternates that are only available in Live 10, and I am using the Kings.

CP3 to Chandler is one of my favourite plays so far.

The new AMD super resolution upscaling on RPCS3 definitely leaves artifacts around the players if you zoom in but I have to say all in all its for sure an improvement.

Outstanding screenshots! NBA Live 10 holds up very well, as I've been finding out lately.

Agree with that. Some textures or stuff don't look high quality but still, it looks really good for being over ten years old unlike other Live games from that era.

And arguably a couple of NBA Live games that came after it, too!
