Which system will you be playing NBA Live '10 on?

This is kind of a general interest question as much as anything else, but since we are trying to do more console coverage I'd be interested to know which system most NBA Live gamers around these parts have or prefer.

I'll be getting it on Xbox 360 myself. I have no choice in that regard.

I will be buying a ps3 soon. So i will definitely have to get this on Playstation 3.

you will have to wait another year or so cause they aren't putting it on pc for a while. I wonder why they just won't port it from the next-gen versions.

Interesting that PS3 has gotten a couple more votes than Xbox 360 so far. The main page poll favours the Xbox 360 between those two platforms, though it seems the lack of a PC version will cost EA a few customers around these parts.

your right. this is one of the reasons i retired from pc gaming. a lot of popular next-gen games that aren't made for pc.

I will play it with PS3 which i haven't bought yet.

from that 1 2k screen with shaq as a cav it looked like the same ol graphics. at least live improved it's graphics.

Yeah, I think so.

I'm not really willing to spring 60 euro's to just see what Live has to offer. Maybe when the price goes down I might pick it up.

Fair enough. What about the demos though?

Will try those for sure, when I got the Xbox 360 I tried Live 09, it seemed a bit cartoonish. Which is odd given I played Live 2000 till like 2006 exlcuding 2002.

Cartoonish how? I see that term used a lot (and for both titles, no less) and neither game strikes me as being particularly cartoonish. There are certainly problems with NBA Live 09, don't get me wrong, but I wouldn't describe any of them as cartoonish.

Cartoonish in the way the players move. Compared to 2K, they are a bit unrealistic to the point of looking unhuman-like.

Fair enough. I've never really understood the cartoonish criticism because when I hear the word I always think of NBA Jam and other flat-out arcade titles, but I see where you're coming from now so thanks for clearing that up.

It's not really a feasible investment for some people. Others just aren't into console gaming.

yeah that's true. i just started to realize how many next-gen game won't come out for pc that i like and decided to get a console. I also had a non-gaming pc so that played a huge role in my decision.

360 No doubt. can't wait for it. I hope they really add a lot of the features we've been wanting like multiplayer dynsaty mode, ingame saves, d-league and summer league for the rookies.
