All-Star Jersey/Holiday Shoe Pack DLC

Is there anyway I can download the old shoe pack DLC as well as the All-Star Game Jersey DLC? Does someone on here have it?

Unzip that folder to a USB thumb drive and see if you can copy it across to the game folder. Not sure if you need the ContentCache.pkg file and folder as well, but we can try this for a start. If it's the PS3 version that you're after however, unfortunately I can't help you there.

If it does work, or we find a way to get it working, I'll chuck it up in the Downloads section as well.
