International Rosters for NBA Live 10 Download

I have made over 25 teams from around the world on my NBA Live 10 and have saved them to a USB. I am wondering if I can transfer the files and email them to whoever would want to play with them. I have teams like Canada, Taiwan, Norway, Jamaica, Bahamas, Aruba, Indonesia, Thailand, Sudan, Namibia, Sudan U-22, Chad, Haiti, Haiti U-22, Chile, Dominican Republic, Somalia, Scotland, DR of Congo, Guinea, Niger, Guyana, Cayman Islands, Israel, Dominica, Mongolia, Tanzania, U.S. Virgin Islands, Kyrgyzstan

It may not be the best international teams, but it's fun to take the small countries and go against the FIBA teams, or you can play them against each other.

If someone can figure out how to or let me know if it is possible to transfer the files via email or ps3 please tell me. Thanks

How can you download the bug fixes and game enhancements for nba live 10 for ps3?

Those have to be downloaded automatically, when you connect your console to the Internet.
