An interview with Ryan Santos discussing the sneaker and music cultures along with the presentation and gameplay for NBA Live 10.
Here is a random extract from it.
Right…the 25th. What about Penny Foams?

Penny Foams…you know we had those back in NBA Live 2004. They’re not going to be in the game this year. But, they may make a comeback! I’m really pushing to see if, maybe we even get the whole Penny line man; I through IV, plus the Foams. That might be something we do next time. But, for year one, it’s really more about the on-court player exclusives stuff. I mean, who knows!? Say we get Legends next year. That could be the year we throw a bunch of the retro kicks in, right? It might make more sense to tie that all in together. But, I think people will have more than enough to choose from this year. And we kept a lot of the shoes around that have been in the game. So we still have the (Jordan) XIVs in, we still have some of the (Jordan) XIIs. There’s a bunch of retro kicks still in there that’ll satisfy the retro heads as well.

Interesting that he mentions Legends. We probably shouldn't read too much into it but it would be nice if that comes to fruition (and it's not like adding them would take time away from the development of Dynasty Mode and the like).

Yeah I know, I choose that question and answer response on purpose as it sparked my interest but yeah I tried not reading too much in to it yet as its way too early to start talking about if its in Live 11 yet.

If they haven't secured the likeness rights by now, I'd say Legends won't be in NBA Live 11. But as far as their presence being revealed, it's definitely too early to hear anything about that.
