First thing you'll do when you get the game

What's the first thing you'll do once you get NBA Live 10?

Even though I've gotten a taste of it, I'll probably shoot around for a couple of minutes in The Hangar to continue getting a feel for the game and see if there's any subtle difference between the demo build and the final version. Then I'll dive into Play Now with 12 minute quarters and see how the game plays in terms of scores and statistics, while getting a longer run with the gameplay. Then I'll probably enter Dynasty Mode to see what's new or improved and simulate a full season to see how the sim engine handles player stats this year. Then, it'll probably be back to games in Play Now.

First thing that I'm gonna do is as always flick through the rosters and check wich 24 FIBA teams are in the game (If they won't be revealed until release date) If Poland is in the game I will immidietly play as them against some european team ( maybe Spain...) If it's not I'll play Blazers against Magic or the other way around.I'm also gonna check how the backdown button works this year If it is going to be patched just as I get the game.

Ah, touche. Yes, I suppose I'll be doing that in between a bit of fooling around in the Hangar and diving into a game.

Crap nearly forgot about all the extra jerseys in the game and browse through them, not used to hwc and event jerseys in next gen Live yet..haha.

Going to make some shots in The Hangar, then gonna play a quick game with the Sixers against a random team.
Probably going to adjust the sliders while playing that game.

I don't know, the Lakers could be ridiculously unfair in online play. But I admire your confidence.

Any team can be beat, including the Lakers. Been playing the demo NON-STOP since it came out. Need to get a feel for the team, but I know I'll get in a rythem pretty quick. Plus if there are too many band wagon jumpers I'll just use the Celtics or Spurs.

This years game is looking like it'll be great for head to head play. They have some features added for dynasty mode but i'll probably skip out playing the cpu a lot this year.

So i guess the 1st thing i'll do this year is check out the Mavs roster and ratings. Then see how it plays online since this might be the year i finally return to online play instead playing the cpu a lot.

I hope they don't cheese a lot online because then it would ruin my entire experience for Live 10....

First thing I would do is install Live 10 then download all the available patches here in the NLSC and then....oh wait...damn it.

If I were you I'd make sure to tell everyone Live 10 is Here and to leave you the hell alone.

I will take the 10 minutes necessary to simulate a season, then post some stats so others can see it (if they don't already have the game.)

Stats weren't too bad in the 360/PS3 version last year, hopefully they've been refined a bit more. We'll soon see.

I'll probably start a dynasty with Denver and trade Kenyon Martin.
