EA inviting gamers to playtest their titles

Thought a few people might be interested in this.

Electronic Arts are inviting gamers to join focus groups and playtest their various titles. By signing up for a newsletter that outlines upcoming focus groups, you will have the opportunity to be selected to take part in playtesting sessions. Participants will be given a free dinner and an EA game of their choice. More information and a sign-up form can be found here.

One would think, though interestingly it's not specificed as being open to US/Canadian residents only. I'm sure they'd give preference to those people though since they'd be cheaper and easier to get in.

EDIT: Actually, I'd say you're right since it only allows you to specify a Canadian province. Should've looked more closely at that. Nevertheless, for anyone who does live in Canada it might be worth signing up if you're keen to playtest games. It's not a job offer or permanent position, but who knows, it could lead to bigger things if you get on a few panels and prove that you know your stuff when it comes to video games.
