dynasty question: training camp

you know when you play dynasty mode, and you have training on the 1st day of every month?

how do you improve your shooting? you can improve everything else it seems like except shooting.

also when you do 5 v 5 team practices does that boost any stats? and does anything happen when someone gets too 100 points?

According to things that Andrew said in the past, I don't think there's a way to improve shooting. Also the 5-on-5 practice games are just for you to get the "feel" of your team, and does not boost any stats or ratings. Player development is something that needs to be improved for Elite 11.
