Info on Dynamic DNA in NBA Live 10

We've received the following info from EA Sports in regards to Dynamic DNA in NBA Live 10:
In other words, it will be a similar situation to last year; if you buy the game new, access to the NBA Live 365 updates will be provided free of charge courtesy of T-Mobile and you will not have to worry about spending any extra money to get connected to the Dynamic DNA updates. However, if you buy the game used and you wish to make use of the daily updates, you'll need to purchase a subscription from the XBL Marketplace or PSN Store.
Dynamic DNA Updates and Dynamic Season will be connected by T-Mobile for free with an unlock code in every new copy of NBA LIVE 10. For users without an unlock code Dynamic DNA Updates and Dynamic Season will be available for $14.99 on PSN Store or 1200 points on XBL Marketplace.
