Subs

When I play online or a play now game (all I have played so far) when I make a subsitution the computer will put back the starting 5 the next time there is a stoppage of play.

Example: I play with the Cavs, I Varejao and West are both starting. I take a time out and I sub in Big Z and Parker. The next time there is a whistle West and Varejao come back in the game.

I have the auto-sub setting turned to manual. Is there something that I am doing wrong, is this happening to anyone else. Any help would be great.

turn off auto timeouts too, it's in the coach settings menu
