Marcus Stephenson responds to haters on DimeMag.com

Not sure how many of you here visit http://www.DimeMag.com regularly, but they've been giving NBA Live 10 lots of coverage over the summer. (Rightfully so, as they do have a feature in the magazine)

The comments have generally filled with hate; the usually 2K is better, Live is terrible, etc.

Another video (Dribble Moves) was posted on Wednesday, and the hate started rolling in again. Marcus Stephenson, Assistant Producer on Live 10 decided to roll through the comments section and share some words:

I can assure you that LIVE feels like a new game. I get where your frustrations with LIVE are coming from, but DIME’s not kidding you when they say the game is alot better. It will look and feel like a different game to you when you play the demo.

We’re back guys, give it a chance with the demo, then let us know how you feel!

And in response to a commenter who picked apart Live 09, while stating he has been a Live fan over the years and hopes they can make a legitimate comeback:

Not really any new information or anything, just thought I'd share because I think it's a good look that somebody involved in the game is willing to stand up for it.

I think its fair for the fans of this series to be a little skeptical. Every year the press release is "new and improved gameplay" and "we overhauled the whole game so it feels new". So its like the girl that cheats on the guy numerous times and then says "I won't do it again." It's just a little hard to believe. I will say that I will be that guy who will give the girl......I mean the game (lol) one more chance.

Yeah, I read that few days ago. He shouldnt have to defend the game, let the game speak for itself cause IMO so far, it's speaking for itself

yep it is. it looks damn good and i think they will get a rating of 7.5-8.0 this year.
