This is another ENB series for NBA Live 2005. I fiddled around with some values under color correction and made the effects brighter, so now it doesn't look like you're playing in the dark.
I recommend using the games default lighting, instead of any of the modded ones. This is just my personal opinion. I have my screen's brightness on maximum, game brightness still at 50.
