As you know, sound files don't work with the modded folder. With this tool you can convert your wav files to ogg files with a unique header added to the ogg file so that you can import into the game with the NBA 2K16 File Explorer. Normal ogg files don't work in player name announces, only music files work. With this file, all of your converted ogg files will work in game. Readme file is inside, please read it!
