There are two dds files that are used:
court_season.dds
court_playoffs.dds
The playoffs can either be a transparent overlay or a completely different court. Whatever you want. The template was designed around Lagoa's Court Template.

Using these instructions, you can convert a court to either a season or playoff court.
These courts have alpha channel which means if you just want to overlay an NBA Playoffs logo and leave the rest transparent, you can.
Ideal format is BC7 with Alpha, but BC3 will work as well if you get impatient with renders.
Let's assume you want to convert a dds (big76ers256.0200976aa730f40b.dds) file over.
For season court:
Open with Photoshop. Change the image canvas height to 6000px and anchor up. Hit OK and save as "court_season.dds". (Needs to include Alpha channel. Ideally BC7)
For playoff court:
Open with Photoshop. Change the image canvas to 12972x5172 and anchor down left. Hit OK
Change image canvas to 12972x5840 and anchor top. Hit OK.
Change image canvas to 12899x5840 and anchor middle right. Hit Ok. Click Proceed when prompted.
Save as "court_playoffs.dds". (Needs to include Alpha channel. Ideally BC7)

I've included an action script to automate this process for you, but figured I should include step-by-step as well. It will also ensure the background is transparent, which makes .iff easier to compress.
