This adds the authentic Rogers Sportsnet scoreboard. V2 fixes logo placement. Fixed logo placement on scoreboard, swapped logos and fixed logos to work with default logos and they aren't too big or cut off.

1. When adding a new version of an existing file, please edit the previous upload.
