Hi Guys! I think everyone should just calm down, and not start another flame war here.. Make Love not War!

lamrock., I appreciate your honesty buddy. And I feel somewhat bored also doing the game by game recaps..

Anyways, just wanna say that I wont be doing game by game recaps anymore. Wanna speed this dynasty up a bit, I would probably be choosing a game of the week and just give the results from the other games.

madnice- I am typing on PHONE (which does auto-correct and sometimes does it wrong) in Egypt and I made a couple typos. You constantly type up worse sentences on a computer. In any case I meant to say earlier "it'll just make YOUR dynasty STRONGER if you use original ideas. You can USE my ideas as a basis..." everyone thought and continues to think you dont speak English natively. also stop bragging about being from new York and being puerto rican no one cares, no one thinks your gangsta, no one even thinks ur cool! Get a life dude and you are retarded; you can't "speak with an accent" over the internet ;)

Anyways good luck homicide

Redd now joins LeBron on his quest for
an NBA Title!

CLEVELAND, OH -- A huge deal between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Milwaukee Bucks sent former Buckeye, Michael Redd back to his hometown. It was a six-player deal that included Ramon Sessions and Jake Voskuhl from the Bucks in exchange of Wally Sczcerbiak, Anderson Varejao and Daniel Gibson.

Michael Redd has been on the Cavs radar since the 2004-2005 season where even LeBron James was actively campaigning for him to sign with Cleveland but Redd chose to stay with the Bucks. This time the Cavs managing staff managed to work out a deal for him.

“The opportunity presented itself,” said Cavs GM Resurreccion. “When we heard of Bogut’s injury I thought that they would probably need help in the middle since he’ll be gone for at least three weeks. I knew that to get a deal for Redd we need to give up some talent and youth since that is the direction they want to go.”

The Bucks will receive veteran Wally Sczcerbiak and two talented young players in Daniel Gibson and Anderson Varejao. It gives Milwaukee a deeper roster once Bogut returns from his injury.

Having Redd on the roster gives LeBron someone who really knows how to score. Cleveland now has another scoring option which has been missing for them these past few games.

Ramon Sessions
, who was drafted 56th overall from Nevada, is a quick guard who can definitely run the break. He also has good court vision and basketball IQ.

Jake Voskuhl is a 7-year veteran who has gone to 4 different teams namely Chicago, Phoenix, Charlotte and Milwaukee. He might get some time as a backup at the center position.

Thu Jun 26, 2008 7:34 pm

Nice trade, although its sad to see Gibson leave. It´s pretty realistic, especially when irl this might be pulled off also

Thu Jun 26, 2008 8:37 pm

Cavaliers Press Conference:
Michael Redd, Jake Voskuhl and Ramon Sessions Media Presentation

December 7, 2007

Redd and James were teammates on Team USA
who competed at the FIBA Americas Championship
last summer.

CLEVELAND, OH -- The three newly acquired players; Michael Redd, Jake Voskuhl and Ramon Sessions were presented to the media early this afternoon. Cavs GM Zoilo Resurreccion preceded with the press con. Before it started the Cavaliers unveiled a video of Michael Redd.

Here is the press conference’s transcript.

Zoilo: Good Afternoon everyone! Thank you for waiting guys. I would like to introduce to you our new Cavaliers, Ramon Sessions, Jake Voskuhl and of course Michael Redd. The floor is now open if you guys want to ask them questions.

Question 1: Michael, were you surprised that the Bucks traded you though you are having a great start this season?

Michael: Hmmm.. Yeah, I was a little surprised but after Andrew (Bogut) went down I kinda knew that management had to do something drastic to compensate for his loss.

Question 2: Just a follow-up question, how happy were you to finally get the chance to play for your hometown team?

Michael: Very happy! I was close to signing here a few seasons ago to join LeBron but negotiations didn’t work out too well so I stayed in Milwaukee. I never really thought I would have another chance to play for my hometown, so it is really exciting! I cant wait for my first home game here.

Question 3: This is for Jake Voskuhl, you have bounced around the league for years now, how different is it to come here in Cleveland?

Jake: Well, I think I haven’t really been on a team with two stars the likes of Mike and LeBron. Those two have a potential to be one of the best scoring combo in the league. I am really ecstatic to play here.

Question 4: For Ramon, you are still a rookie and now 1 month into the season, you have been traded to a new team, what are your thoughts on this?

Ramon: It is tough for me since this have all been new experiences for me being a rookie and all but I am glad that Michael and Jake are here to help me adjust to a new environment.

Question 5: Michael you have worked with LeBron in last summer’s FIBA Americas as part of Team USA. Now you will play with him through the rest of the seaon and probably the playoffs. What do you feel?

Michael: Extremely excited! Man, playing with him last summer was a lot of fun and I just cant wait to step on the floor again and wear the same jersey as he is. LeBron has unbelievable skills and I don’t mind being the second option for the team with a guy like that.

Question 6: Michael what number will you be wearing now since the number 22 has been retired to Larry Nance?

Michael: I have thought about it and I have decided to wear jersey number 8 which is the same number I wore in Team USA.

Zoilo: Last question guys before we conclude this press conference.

Question 7: This for you Mr. Resurreccion. Do you think this trade will get you over the hump and finally give Cleveland the NBA Championship?

Zoilo: Winning a championship is every NBA team’s goal. Having made a deal for Michael, I believe gets us a step closer into achieving that goal. Knowing that we still need to work our butts off and take things one game at a time. As for our remaining roster spot, management are still discussing whether we should sign another player or just go with what we have.

So that is it for this conference guys. Thank you for coming and see you at the games.

It was a total blowout for the Cavaliers right from the start. They
held the Sixers to a 7-point first period. The Sixers struggled to hit
their shots and finished the game with a 36% field goal percentage.
Cavs bench warmers were really thrilled as all of them got some
playing time and scored.
